Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead acquisition and program management activities in Beavercreek, OH. This role supports development and fielding of autonomy platforms and software, coordinating with USG and contractor teams.

The ideal candidate brings extensive DoD experience, leadership across diverse teams, and a track record in managing complex, strategic projects within a federal environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in acquisition or program management with schedule, cost and performance focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aeronautics, Applied Math, Logistics, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Active Secret with SAP/SAR eligibility; Top Secret eligible.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, plan, design, and evaluate solutions for program efforts.
• Track actions, manage taskers, and support governance boards for cadence.
• Provide issue resolution and strategic recommendations to meet program outcomes.
• Mentor USG and contractor teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage program budget, resource allocations, and compliance with FAR and Air Force policies.
