Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a Program Manager to support a National Security mission for an Intelligence Community client in the Hanover, MD area. The role is onsite with time split between Hanover, MD and Fort Meade, MD, leading efforts on cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.

Responsibilities include serving as the main liaison with CO/COR and senior management, directing resources, tracking costs and schedules, and ensuring high-quality program execution in a multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four (4) years of additional program management experience may substitute for a degree.
• Fifteen (15) years of progressive leadership experience in program management or related roles.
• Experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts in a multi-vendor environment.
• Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, scheduling and financial data monitoring.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and overall performance of the contract.
• Serve as primary point of contact for CO, COR, Government Program Manager, and contractor leadership.
• Contribute to program efforts including cost management, schedule tracking, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance.
• Ensure proper execution of tasks to achieve contract efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize communication skills to direct resources, report progress, flag issues, and draft technical documents.
