Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing contracts/programs of similar scope.
5+ years in scoping, designing, executing, monitoring, and evaluating projects.
Clearance required: Top Secret; SCI eligibility.
Responsibilities
Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
Oversees cost, schedule and technical performance of programs or subsystems.
Prepares proposals, budgets, and contract terms.
Leads customer program reviews to discuss cost, schedule and performance.
Directs staffing and resources across technical, manufacturing and admin areas.
