Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Program Manager to support senior management on a critical National Security mission for an Intelligence Community client in the Hanover, Maryland area. The role is onsite with time split between Hanover and Fort Meade, MD, supporting modernization of cybersecurity and cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years of additional program management experience may substitute for a degree.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in program management or related roles.
• Experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of varying types and leading a multi-vendor environment.
• Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, scheduling and financial data monitoring.
• Experience managing and controlling funds and resources using advanced reporting mechanisms.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Managing cost, schedule, and overall performance of the contract.
• Serving as primary point of contact for CO, COR, Government Program Manager, and contractor leadership.
• Contributing to program efforts: cost management, schedule estimation, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance.
• Ensuring proper execution of tasks to achieve contract efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilizing communication skills to direct resources, report progress, flag issues, and write/review technical documents.
