Responsibilities

• Manage requirements and coordinate exchanges to validate needs and plans.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, Software Developers to action requests and oversee completion.
• Set priorities with customer management and PMO leads, aligning team work and expectations.
• Update and track requirements, tasks, and project status in JIRA and other tools.
• Develop system requirements, analyze designs, and conduct feasibility studies.
• Create technical documentation and ensure accuracy and relevance.
