Stagwell Global, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead a nationwide, multi-year public health behavior-change contract. You will oversee end-to-end execution, strategic planning, research, creative development, national media deployment, and government coordination in a highly accountable setting.

The role requires 12+ years of experience in large-scale campaigns, a strong record in paid media, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across research, creative, media, and analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience leading strategic, large-scale public health campaigns.
• Experience overseeing paid media campaigns with significant annual media investment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across research, creative, media, and analytics.
• Operates in highly accountable, performance-driven environments with measurable outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary point of contact for CO and COR across all task orders.
• Oversee execution within a fast-paced, multi-task IDIQ contract structure.
• Manage deliverable schedules, timelines, and task-order lifecycle.
• Align campaign strategy with federal public health objectives and evidence-based practices.
• Oversee research planning, IRB/OMB coordination, and message testing.
• Supervise development and approval of messages and creative executions for high-risk audiences.
• Guide data-driven media strategies across paid, earned, owned, digital platforms.
• Ensure real-time campaign optimization and reporting; coordinate evaluations.
