Job summary

Stagwell is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the senior operational and strategic lead for a multi-year nationwide public health behavior change contract. The role oversees end-to-end execution across planning, research, creative development, national media, and government coordination within a high accountability environment.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage large task orders, ensure performance against aggressive reach benchmarks, and coordinate with contractors and partners

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading large-scale public health or behavior change campaigns.
• Experience overseeing paid media campaigns with substantial annual budgets and reach.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across research, creative, media, and analytics.
• Track record in highly accountable, performance-driven environments with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Contract & task order management for a nationwide IDIQ framework.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across research, creative, media, analytics, and partners.
• Oversee campaign strategy alignment with federal public health objectives and evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate IRB/OMB processes and research clearance where needed.
• Oversee data-driven media strategies across paid, earned, owned, and digital platforms.
• Ensure reporting, dashboards, TRPs, and performance improvements.
