Job summary

Stagwell in Washington, DC seeks a Program Manager to lead a nationwide public health behavior change contract, overseeing end-to-end planning, research, creative development, national media, and government coordination within a highly accountable environment.

The role requires experience leading federal or large-scale campaigns, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering measurable health outcomes across complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience leading strategic, large-scale public health or behavior change campaigns.
• Experience overseeing paid media campaigns with significant annual media investment and reach.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across research, creative, media, and analytics.
• Experience operating within highly accountable, performance-driven environments with measurable outcome expectations.

Responsibilities

• Contract & Task Order Management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the CO/COR across all task orders.
• Oversee execution within a fast-paced, multi-task IDIQ contract structure.
• Manage deliverable schedules, timelines, and task order lifecycle.
• Strategic & Campaign Oversight across messaging, data-driven media, and outcomes.
