Motorola Solutions is seeking a Federal Project Manager to lead a high-impact, multi-year nationwide modernization program. The role involves full lifecycle management, reporting to the Lead PM, and ensuring program-wide alignment, schedule adherence, and operational excellence.

Location is MD/DC area with regional travel, emphasizing cross-functional coordination among PMs, engineers, and technicians. The position offers a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite, a path to growth, and exposure to

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of project/program management or similar business experience.
• OR 5+ years of project/program management or similar business experience.
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct PMO support: assist the Lead PM with task lists, action item registries, and meeting minutes.
• Develop SOWs, RACI matrices, and staffing requirement plans in collaboration with Lead PM and Lead Engineer.
• Input for the total program schedule and work breakdown structures tailored to contract scope.
• Coordinate across PMOs, Engineers, and Service Technicians to enable lifecycle management and strategic alignment.
