Job summary

Zoox is seeking a senior program manager for the Mission Readiness team to design, coordinate, document, and implement large-scale process improvements that enable scalable vehicle turn times. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution while navigating ambiguities and rapid changes.

You will work cross-functionally to capture requests, prioritize changes, and design workflows for charging, cleaning, and inspections, reporting progress to stakeholders and measuring impact with

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field.
• Experience in a product-based operations environment.
• Prior experience developing and using data and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational improvements for the Mission Readiness function that set us up for scale.
• Work cross-functionally to intake, document, and prioritize requests for process changes from a number of partner teams.
• Design and document workflows focused on vehicle charging, cleaning, inspections, etc.
• Provide bi-weekly status updates to key stakeholders on process improvement initiatives.
• Set the vision for the Mission Readiness function and ensure success via metrics like vehicle turnaround time.
