Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure programs.
• Proven experience within mission-critical or data center construction environments.
• Strong background managing EPC, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
• PMP certification preferred; PgMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with program controls, scheduling, and Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder relationships and construction risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects within a major construction program.
• Establish and maintain program governance, controls, and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover activities.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, forecasting, and margin performance.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Lead program-level risk management, quality assurance, and safety initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, subcontractors, and delivery partners.
• Promote a strong HSE culture across all project sites.
