You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure compliance with contracts, and collaborate across departments to deliver accessible home repairs and services for older adults and people with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience in management and supervision roles.
• Ability to manage contracts, reporting, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel including recruitment, training, supervision, evaluation and discipline.
• Develop and maintain staff relationships to achieve high morale and retention.

• Ensure contract compliance with various funding sources and regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports to boards and funding sources.
