Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- 5+ years of project/program management in regulated medical devices.
- Experience managing software development and supplier-managed software in compliant environments.
- Strong Jira/Confluence usage and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Excellent cross-functional and supplier coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of the non-product software workstream across Manufacturing Software and SFMD activities.
- Develop integrated project plans, milestones, risks, and release plans.
- Prepare concise status updates and leadership summaries for risk decisions.
- Coordinate internal and supplier-facing activities across multiple functions.
- Ensure software activities meet regulatory and lifecycle standards.
- Maintain Jira metrics and dashboards for program reporting.
- Drive Agile cadence and remove blockers with stakeholders.
