Job summary

Magnendo is pioneering robotic technology for faster, safer endovascular procedures. We seek a Principal Program Manager to lead the program-management function and drive integrated development of our endovascular robotics platform.

You will translate ambitious product goals into executable plans, align multidisciplinary teams, and shepherd the program from prototype through first-in-human readiness, MVP development, and future generations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program-management or technical program leadership in medical devices or similar regulated industry.
• Experience running multi-year, multi-disciplinary development programs from tech development to realization.
• Experience managing hardware and software in capital equipment, robotics, or software‑intensive medical systems.
• Deep knowledge of design controls, requirements, risk management, V&V, regulatory readiness, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the program-management function with an integrated master schedule.
• Align cross-functional teams and manage external partners to milestones.
• Lead program, technical, design, and partner reviews with proper documentation.
• Establish readiness gates and ensure progress ties to the program plan.
• Identify and mitigate schedule, budget, or resource risks early.
