Job summary

Diality, a medical device company in Irvine, seeks a Senior Program Manager to coordinate dialysis machine development projects, ensuring alignment with strategy, quality, and commitments. You will lead planning, define scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables with sponsors and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
• 10+ years of related experience in program management.
• Experience in medical device development.
• PMP and/or CSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of projects with sponsors and cross-functional teams.
• Define project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, goals and deliverables.
• Monitor staff, budgets, and resource allocation; present progress to management.
• Document, implement and manage project changes; communicate issues and solutions.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.
