Job summary

Diality, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Mechanical Engineering to lead and grow the mechanical engineering organization for a portfolio of dialysis-related medical devices.

You will shape architecture, drive design quality, and ensure regulatory compliance across product development from concept to launch and sustaining engineering. The role calls for strong leadership, deep mechanical design expertise, and collaboration across functions to deliver safe, reliable, and manufacturable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant engineering experience, including medical devices.
• 5+ years of demonstrated people leadership and engineering management experience.
• Experience leading mechanical engineering teams through major product development programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the Mechanical Engineering organization across NPD, improvements, and sustaining engineering.
• Establish and maintain mechanical engineering practices, design standards, and tools.
• Manage resources, schedules, and deliverables across programs.
• Collaborate with Systems, Electrical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical teams.
