Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking a Project Manager III to drive day-to-day execution of product development and sustaining programs within the CDG Program Management Office in Irvine, CA. You will update integrated plans, manage risks, and lead core team meetings to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, 5–8 years in regulated product development, and strong facilitation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of project/program management experience in medical device/regulated product development.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams in fast-paced NPD environment.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and VPM boards, tracking milestones and dependencies.
• Lead core team and functional workstream meetings; drive decisions and risk/issue resolution across functions.
• Prepare and present phase gate and PDT materials with data-driven analysis of scope, budget, and resources.
• Identify, document, and mitigate program risks; escalate issues for fast leadership decisions.
• Track budget/spend and support monthly financial reporting and forecasting with Finance.
