Job summary

HEPCO, Inc. seeks a Senior Specialist, Program Management to lead submarine systems programs. You will manage costs, schedules, and technical requirements while coordinating with operations, finance, planning, contracts, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, lifecycle management, and supporting business development with proposal activities. Strict adherence to ITAR/EAR and contractual obligations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years in lieu of degree.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program teams to deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Manage the full project lifecycle in accordance with contractual requirements and company standards.
• Support business development, including proposal management, proposal change control, and negotiations.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate program risks and evaluate opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with functional teams to establish priorities and resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leadership, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, export controls, including ITAR/EAR, and contractual obligations.
