Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Direct program management experience and ownership of complex programs.
• Ability to analyze schedules, financials, risks, and contracts and take corrective action.
• Experience with cross-functional leadership and customer relationships in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful execution and performance of multiple complex programs.
• Establish program priorities, milestones, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities, and drive mitigation strategies to protect commitments.
• Translate customer requirements into executable actions across the organization.
• Lead program financials including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
