Composite Energy Technologies (CET) of Bristol, RI is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Program Manager, Subsea Systems to oversee complex projects across Operations, CNC, Design and Engineering. You will align client requirements with project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in related roles, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects coordinating with Operations, CNC, Design, and Engineering to meet client requirements.
• Ensure adherence to quality policy, timelines, and customer expectations for subsea systems projects.
• Maintain clear communication with production teams and leadership regarding changes and constraints.
