KAIROS, Inc invites a senior Program Manager to lead a contracted effort with on-site work at Webster Outlying Field, St. Inigoes, MD. The role oversees contractor performance, budgets, and deliverables, requiring a Master’s degree and 10+ years in program management.

The salary range is $115,000–$172,000 with full benefits; security clearance is required. This is a high-visibility, compliance‑driven position with growth opportunities within a WOSB.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Technical, Business, Computer Science, or IT discipline is required.
• Ten or more years of experience leading and managing contracted efforts are required.
• In lieu of a Master’s degree, a Bachelor’s degree plus four years of additional work experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and supervises the work of contractor personnel to ensure efficient program operations.
• Organizes and oversees production of all contract and subcontract support activities to meet timelines and budgets.
• Maintains and updates the Staffing Plan and provides detailed breakdowns of funding per CLIN/SLIN/ACRN.
• Communicates status and issues clearly to stakeholders and ensures quality deliverables.
