Job summary

KAIROS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Clerk to lead and manage material acquisition tasks for government contracts. This role requires on-site work at Webster Outlying Field, St. Inigoes, MD and involves drafting requisitions, ensuring compliance, and mentoring junior staff.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s with substantial DoD procurement experience, with a strong background in documentation, analytics, and customer service. A Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares documentation for procurements (large and small purchases).
• Ensures compliance with guidelines and processes.
• Maintains and tracks procurements with accurate records.
• Utilizes N-ERP to draft purchase requisitions for Government routing and execution.
• Supports data calls as needed.
• Directs, oversees, and trains junior staff in applying analytical techniques.
