Job summary

Draper in Cambridge seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of medium to large programs, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with Supply Chain while driving risk management in a dynamic, security-conscious environment. This role offers growth within a nonprofit R&D setting and a competitive US salary range.

Qualifications

• Experience with EVMS, IMP/IMS and risk management.
• Government projects with customer interfaces preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution from inception to completion, meeting cost, schedule, and technical targets.
• Establish and maintain performance baselines and resource plans.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to manage suppliers and performance.
• Lead customer communications and contract-related activities; drive risk and issue management.
• Navigate proposals, win strategy, and quality processes in line with company policies.
