Job summary

Logile, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale customer deployments of our workforce and operational productivity solutions.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop comprehensive project plans, and manage milestones, budgets, and customer communications. The role requires five plus years in complex customer-facing programs, SaaS implementation experience, and travel to client sites in Southern California as needed.

Qualifications

• Based in the Greater Los Angeles or Inland Empire region by start date.
• BS/BA in Business Management or Industrial Engineering; MS/MA or PMP certifications is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience with large and complex customer-facing program management.
• Customer facing experience as part of cross-functional teams on large-scale software implementations and SaaS experience required.
• Experience with Workforce Management/Labor Management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Managing cross-functional deployment teams across Solution Analysts and Senior Consultants.
• Developing and administering project plans for software implementation and rollouts.
• Defining delivery team roles and project milestones.
• Coordinating with customer project management and ensuring on-time deliverables.
• Monitoring budgets and driving ROI through effective program governance.
• Building trusted advisory relationships with customers.
