Job summary

Southland Industries in Carrollton, TX seeks a senior project manager to lead a large project team or multiple small projects, including staffing and performance appraisals. You will serve as the primary contact for project teams and coordinate with clients and leadership.

Responsibilities include providing project status updates, maintaining client relationships, developing strategies, managing budgets and change orders, and participating in meetings.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience.
• 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in people management.
• Mastery knowledge of systems design (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and design engineering aspects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide project status updates to client and leadership.
• Maintain client relationships and source revenue opportunities.
• Develop and implement project strategies.
• Manage budgets, costs, revenue projections, and change orders.
• Participate in meetings with internal departments.
• Mentor project teams and provide coaching.
