Job summary

Hive Group, LLC is seeking a strategic Contractor Program Manager to lead the NGA program execution at NGA facilities in Fort Belvoir, VA. You will serve as the single point of contact for the government program office, overseeing contract performance, schedules, financial management, and deliverables.

Required is a Top Secret / SCI clearance, and experience managing large, complex IC programs. This on-site role is contingent upon contract award and requires PMP or equivalent certification.

• 10+ years managing large, complex military or IC programs.
• PMP certification or equivalent PM certification.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary management liaison between contractor team and government program office.
• Oversee all contract and subcontract activities including performance tracking, schedules, personnel, training, and security deliverables.
• Monitor and manage financial reports, burn rates, and potential contract modifications to ensure budget compliance.
• Interface with senior government leadership, COs, CORs, and executive stakeholders.
• Identify risks/issues and provide resolution plans and status updates.
• Direct all SOW tasks and ensure on-time delivery of CDLLs.
• Maintain programmatic expertise regarding NGA programs and activities.

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking, and highly qualified Contractor Program Manager (CPM) to lead, direct, and administer all tasks required to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The candidate selected for this position will serve as the single point of contact for a mission-critical Government program office, overseeing all aspects of contract and subcontract performance, including program execution, acquisition support, financial management, schedules, personnel, deliverables, and customer engagement. An Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance is Required. This position is located on-site at NGA Facilities in Ft. Belvoir, VA, and is contingent upon contract award.

This position requires a Top Secret / SCI Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary management liaison between the contractor team and the government program office.
• Oversee all contract and subcontract activities, including performance tracking, schedules, personnel management, training, and security deliverables.
• Monitor and manage financial reports, project burn rates, and potential contract modifications to ensure completion within the established budget.
• Serve as the primary interface with senior Government leadership, Contracting Officers, CORs, and executive stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and report significant risks and issues, providing associated resolution plans and status updates.
• Direct the accomplishment of all Statement of Work (SOW) tasks and guarantee the on-time delivery of associated Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Maintain ongoing programmatic-level expertise regarding relevant NGA programs, projects, and activities.

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 10+ years managing large, complex military or Intelligence Community programs, including oversight of multi-disciplinary teams supporting classified mission environments.
• Deep familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of War supplements.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a comparable professional program management certification.

Desired Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in a business-related field.
• Experience managing programs with 75+ personnel is highly desired.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale contract transitions, including workforce onboarding, knowledge transfer, staffing, and operational stand-up.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated compensation range for this position is between $156,000 and $203,000 annually.

Actual salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s specialized skills, certifications, and years of experience.
