Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a multi-team Agile program delivering mission-critical NGA GEOINT capabilities. You will interface with Government leadership, owning cost, schedule, and performance in a SAFe-based environment.

Responsibilities include staffing, financial management, and coordinating with contractors while guiding program strategy and growth on a national-security program.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of program or project management experience on Government IT programs.
  • Experience managing software development programs using Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing program financials in Time & Materials or similar contract environment.
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage subcontractor relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall program execution including cost, schedule, technical performance, and contract deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government Program Manager, COR, and mission stakeholders.
  • Lead staffing, hiring, and subcontractor management to maintain a fully resourced program.
  • Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, burn-rate analysis, and invoice review.
  • Direct Agile delivery cadence and ensure program commitments are met across Program Increments.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues; elevate with recommended actions.
  • Drive quality of contract deliverables, monthly status reporting, and program reviews.
  • Identify and support on-contract growth and new business opportunities.

Opportunity
  • Lead the delivery of a multi‑team Agile program developing mission‑critical GEOINT capabilities for the National Geospatial‑Intelligence Agency (NGA).
  • Serve as the primary interface with Government program leadership, with full responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Direct a cross‑functional workforce of engineers, developers, and delivery professionals in a SAFe‑based environment.
  • Shape program strategy, growth, and customer relationships on a high‑visibility national security program.

  • Direct Agile delivery cadence and ensure program commitments are met across Program Increments.

Qualifications

Required:

  • TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience on Government IT programs.
  • Demonstrated success managing software development programs using Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing program financials in a Time & Materials or similar contract environment.
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and manage subcontractor relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Government stakeholders.
Desired
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
  • SAFe certification (SAFe Agilist, RTE, or LPM).
  • Prior experience supporting NGA or the Intelligence Community.
