Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a multi-team Agile program delivering NGA GEOINT capabilities. You will own cost, schedule, and performance and interface with Government leadership in a SAFe-based environment on a high-visibility national security program.

Required: TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility, a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years in government IT program management, and strong communication with stakeholders. Desired: PMP/PgMP, SAFe, NGA/IC experience.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain polygraph.
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience on Government IT programs.
  • Experience managing software development programs using Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing program financials in a Time & Materials or similar contract environment.
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage subcontractor relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Government stakeholders.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification (desired).
  • SAFe certification (SAFeAgilist, RTE, or LPM) (desired).
  • Prior NGA or Intelligence Community experience (desired).

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall program execution including cost, schedule, technical performance, and contract deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government Program Manager, COR, and stakeholders.
  • Lead staffing, hiring, and subcontractor management to maintain a fully resourced program.
  • Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, burn-rate analysis, and invoice review.
  • Direct Agile delivery cadence and ensure program commitments across Program Increments.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues; elevate with recommended actions.
  • Drive quality of contract deliverables, monthly status reporting, and program reviews.
  • Identify and support on-contract growth and new business opportunities.

The Opportunity:
  • Lead the delivery of a multi-team Agile program developing mission-critical GEOINT capabilities for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).
  • Serve as the primary interface with Government program leadership, with full responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Direct a cross-functional workforce of engineers, developers, and delivery professionals in aSAFe-based environment.
  • Shape program strategy, growth, and customer relationships on a high-visibility national security program.
Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience supporting NGA or the Intelligence Community.
