Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Technical Facilities Project Manager to lead complex design and construction projects ranging from multi-million to larger scales for corporate facilities. You will drive planning, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and guide architects, engineers, and contractors to align with Amazon priorities across multiple sites.

The role demands broad experience in construction/engineering project management, vendor management, and rigorous budget/schedule

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PM experience in construction/real estate or architecture
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously (R&D, manufacturing, SCIF, BSL, ISO)
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Experience with sourcing/procurement, vendor management, budget/schedule management

Responsibilities

• Execute technically complex capital projects from inception to completion
• Drive project intake, planning, and delivery for corporate facilities in the assigned location
• Coordinate with EH&S, IT, AV, Security, Sustainability, Procurement, Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Finance teams
• Document project parameters and ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery
• Direct architects, design consultants, contractors, and facilities managers to meet Amazon priorities
• Identify and improve project requirement gathering, delivery, and reporting processes
• Participate in due diligence and site selection processes
• Manage design elements including equipment, space plans, and finishes
• Oversee construction processes including contractor selection, budgeting, invoicing, change orders, and scheduling
