Job summary

Amazon seeks a Technical Facilities Project Manager for the Americas to lead complex capital projects in corporate facilities from inception to completion, including new builds, renovations, and modifications. The role reports to Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) with a dotted line to WD&C.

Required: 8+ years in construction/PM, strong vendor management and MS Project skills, and a Bachelor's in engineering or related field. CA salary range listed with RSUs and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in construction/real estate development, or architecture/design.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex project status to stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, technically complex projects (R&D, manufacturing, SCIF, BSL, ISO).

Responsibilities

• Execute technically complex capital projects from inception to completion.
• Drive project intake, planning, and delivery for corporate facilities in assigned locations.
• Coordinate with EH&S, IT, AV, Security, Sustainability, Procurement, Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Finance teams.
