Job summary

Prince George’s County Housing Authority is seeking a Program Manager-Inspections to supervise professional, technical, and administrative staff overseeing HQS and NSPIRE inspections under the Housing Choice Voucher program.

You will ensure units meet federal requirements, keep rents reasonable, and maintain landlord engagement while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. The role leads administrative analyses and program budgeting for the division.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business or Public Administration, Social Services, Sociology, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional technical, analytical and developmental work experience in housing programs with at least one (1) year in a lead/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HQS & NSPIRE inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage inspection scheduling, workflows, and staff performance.
• Ensure rents are reasonable and units meet federal housing requirements.
• Develop relationships with landlords to support program success.
• Monitor and improve rent reasonableness determinations and data accuracy.
