Job summary

Amazon in Nashville is seeking a technical leader to drive end-to-end automation initiatives within the ILS Delivery & Execution organization, delivering scalable solutions that improve fleet efficiency across North America.

You will partner with Strategy, Field/Operations, and Vendors to design forecasting models, manage large programs, and align stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate value for millions of customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management for large-scale automation projects.
• Define end-to-end execution requirements in collaboration with strategy and field teams.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Strategy, Field/Operations, and Vendors to find optimization opportunities.
