This role offers a unique opportunity to understand end-to-end functions of ILS and while serving as a technical expert and critical leader for emerging initiatives. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design robust forecasting models, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency at scale.

Key job responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end program management for large-scale automation initiatives that eliminate redundant tasks and improve operational efficiency across D&E functions

A day in the life

Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, dive deep into operational challenges, and offer simple and effective solutions. You might start by reviewing automation metrics from recent deployments, then transition to a design session with engineers on new forecasting algorithms, followed by stakeholder meetings to align on program priorities and remove blockers.

This role exists within the D&E (execution) organization, part of the In-Life Services organization, as a strategic leader for program implementation and execution. Our team focuses on optimizing asset utilization and availability through innovative technology solutions that directly impact customer delivery experiences.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Knowledge of general AI tools
  • Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
