Amazon in Nashville is seeking a technical leader to drive end-to-end automation initiatives for the ILS Delivery & Execution organization. You will partner with Strategy teams and field operations to deliver scalable solutions shaping the future of the fleet.

The role focuses on leveraging data and forecasting to optimize assets and improve operational efficiency, while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet strategic goals.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end program management for large-scale automation initiatives.
• Create execution requirements for emerging programs to ensure feasibility.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between Strategy, Field/Operations, and Vendors.
• Identify risks and dependencies across complex programs and remove blockers.
