AeroVironment, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager II to oversee complex programs from inception to completion in a defense/advanced systems environment.

You will drive cost, schedule, and technical performance, serving as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and EACs, and support business development activities while ensuring compliance with policy and export controls.

Formación

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Program Management.
• Proven track record of running multiple, successful projects.
• Experience managing firm fixed price programs and developing risk mitigation plans.
• Experience in a highly technical environment.
• Deep knowledge of project management methods, tools and processes.
• Proficient in interfacing with internal teams and government/commercial customers.
• Familiar with export licenses for military products.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
• Some travel required (up to 20%).

Responsabilidades

• Management of the program throughout the program's life-cycle.
• Ensure customer alignment and manage overall customer satisfaction.
• Define, implement and manage program controls and success criteria.
• Identify, analyze and manage all program-level risk.
• Coordinate and align project teams and inter-dependencies.
• Establish and manage program priorities and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Lead program meetings and reviews with customer and executive staff.
• Develop and maintain program plans including budget and EAC, resource allocation, and communications.
• Support creation and maintenance of product requirements.
• Manage potential changes in program scope and advise leadership and customer of impact.
• Support Business Development in bidding and capturing opportunities.
• Assist with proposals and ensure adherence to company policies.
