Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of Project and/or Program Management experience with direct responsibility for execution of manufactured product programs.
• Experience managing $1M+ programs.
• No relocation is offered; reside within 50 miles of Orchard Park, NY or Westminster, MD.
• Export control compliance: U.S. person as defined by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to meet technical, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain Program Management Plans with scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Build and manage integrated schedules using standard program management tools.
• Apply EVMS principles to assess performance and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to Eaton standard program management methods (e.g., PROLaunch).
• Establish program governance, lead reviews, and manage escalation and corrective action cadence.
• Serve as primary customer interface for assigned programs.
• Support bids and proposals with execution inputs.
