This role involves managing OAR teams, resolving complex project issues, and ensuring project alignment. Candidates should have 17+ years in project management, including 5 years with large programs over $50 million, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Qualifications

• Minimum 17 years of professional project/construction management experience.
• At least 5 years managing large programs with projects exceeding $50 million.
• Experience in educational facilities, public works, or large commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide construction oversight to OAR teams.
• Resolve complex construction project issues and disputes.
• Assign and monitor OAR performance across multiple projects.
• Review project progress relative to construction schedules.
• Evaluate change orders and their impact on cost and schedule.
• Support bid planning and contract development.
• Monitor program‑level cost and schedule performance.
• Review and approve contractor payment applications.
• Coordinate with District departments and stakeholders across multiple programs.
