Candidates should have 17+ years in project management, including 5 years with large programs over $50 million, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Qualifications
Minimum 17 years of professional project/construction management experience.
At least 5 years managing large programs with projects exceeding $50 million.
Experience in educational facilities, public works, or large commercial construction.
Responsibilities
Manage and provide construction oversight to OAR teams.
Resolve complex construction project issues and disputes.
Assign and monitor OAR performance across multiple projects.
Review project progress relative to construction schedules.
Evaluate change orders and their impact on cost and schedule.
Support bid planning and contract development.
Monitor program‑level cost and schedule performance.
Review and approve contractor payment applications.
Coordinate with District departments and stakeholders across multiple programs.
