Job summary

A leading construction management firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects for LAUSD. This role requires a minimum of 17 years of experience in project management and expertise in cost control. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a CCM credential. Qualifications

• More than 20 years of construction/project management experience with CCM required within one year.
• Minimum 17 years of professional project/construction management experience.
• At least 5 years managing large programs with projects exceeding $50 million.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex construction project issues and disputes.
• Monitor project performance metrics including schedule and cost control.
• Develop and recommend policies to improve program performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
