Leidos is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Defense Sector to lead a team focused on advanced manufacturing of missile systems and test components. You will manage planning, scheduling, and budgets while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving program growth.

The role requires an active SECRET (or higher) clearance, a science/engineering degree, and extensive experience managing multi-million-dollar programs. Travel up to 25% to test sites and meetings is expected.

Qualifications

  • Active DOD clearance at SECRET or higher.
  • BA/BS in science or engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience or MS with 13+ years.
  • Experience leading programs with >$30M annual value and flight vehicle development or launch.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program team on advanced manufacturing of missile systems and test platform components.
  • Manage planning, scheduling, and budgets within technical constraints.
  • Serve as primary customer interface and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Develop execution and growth strategies for the program with division leaders and finance analysts.
  • Coordinate staffing plans and detailed schedules; provide monthly/weekly program reporting.
  • Mitigate risks to ensure on-time and on-cost program execution; travel up to 25% for tests and meetings.
