Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead planning and delivery of enterprise initiatives that optimize healthcare operations. You will coordinate matrixed teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and present executive updates to support cross-functional decisions.

Remote role with US work authorization required; 8+ years of PM experience, PMP/PgMP preferred, and a strong track record in large-scale healthcare programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvement with senior leaders.
• Coordinate the work of project managers/business analysts across operations, finance, and other functions.
• Create meaningful executive dashboards and project status reports; enable post-implementation analytics.
• Develop training materials and deliver information to indirect reports and peers.
• Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to the Executive team and assess risks.
• Proactively manage risk, budget/forecasting, dependencies; perform strategic analyses.
• Serve as escalation point for issues and risks; communicate solutions to leadership.
