Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Program Manager IV in Missouri to lead enterprise-scale initiatives. You will coordinate matrixed teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and deliver executive dashboards for status updates. The role requires deep program management expertise and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

The position involves building training materials, reporting to steering committees, and proactively managing risk, dependencies, and budgets to drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools.
• Healthcare or managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, cross functional projects for implementation or process improvement including working with organizational leaders for restructuring and realignment of team members.
• Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, and budget).
• Create meaningful dashboards for executive level update and project status.
• Create and deliver best practice and training information to indirect reports, peers, and other employees.
• Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to the Executive team.
• Proactively manage risks, budget/forecast, dependencies, etc., and prepare strategic analyses.
