Providence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide advanced leadership within the Office of the CMO, driving coordination and alignment of key initiatives. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians and executives to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science or healthcare related areas.
• 5 years of managing project work and/or programs and supporting senior/executive leadership.
• Experience in clinical program management partnering with clinicians.
• Experience in working with senior and executive leadership.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma training.
• PMP within 3 years of hire.
• 2 years in a clinical/healthcare setting.
• 1 year of people management.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced program leadership across multiple projects and initiatives to meet strategic and regional goals.
• Offer expert consultation and establish structure and process for project teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Lead change management as projects move through design, implementation and spread to realize benefits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
