Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation seeks a Sr Program Manager to lead complex government programs in a highly collaborative environment. Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management overseeing complex, multi-team efforts.
• Experience in financial planning, including budgets, expenditures, variances, and corrective actions.
• Experience in strategic planning with data-driven recommendations and action plans.
• Proven proficiency analyzing and mitigating program risks across multiple project teams.
• Experience managing Government programs.
• Working knowledge of software development and requirements management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with others and independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all program efforts to meet objectives on time and within budget.
• Take responsibility for scope, cost, schedule, staffing, vendors, and deliverables.
• Interface with Government and convey objectives to Contractor team.
• Decompose complex instantiations into manageable tasks with an engineering team.
• Support medium to large system deployments; plan, design, and evaluate software options.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot networking elements including VPNs.
• Pursue optimum design within customer, quality, schedule, and funding constraints.
• Collaborate with site users to deploy and integrate solutions.
• Assist participants during initial integration and failures; document changes.
• Brief senior management and customers on technical matters and studies.
• Follow change management policies for system infrastructure changes.
• Assist in selecting and implementing security tools and procedures.
• Liaise with vendors and IT staff for problem resolution in fielded environments.
• Work in classified and unclassified environments to meet government goals.
