Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of program or project management experience.
• At least 5 years leading large-scale task orders (40+ personnel) at NGA.
• Familiarity with federal contracting processes (FAR/DFARS) and government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the task order and define KPIs.
• Own contract and financial management including budget, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a 40+ person team including subcontractors.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.
• Oversee delivery of all program deliverables and enforce QA processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks with risk management plans.
• Prepare regular status reports for leadership and client.
• Allocate resources and ensure optimal efficiency and performance.
