Job summary

The Red Gate Group seeks a Contractor Program Manager to lead a 100+ person team delivering lifecycle acquisition, business operations, and program management for NGA’s enterprise mission, with work primarily at NGA Washington (Springfield, VA) and other NGA sites.

As the single point of contact between the contractor team and the Government program office, you will direct all contract tasks, ensure on-budget and on-schedule performance, manage schedules, risk, and CDRLs, and communicate

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a business-related field with 7+ years of program management experience, or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of program management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead contracts of similar scope and complexity, including managing subcontractors.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; Counterintelligence-scope polygraph within last five years required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact between the contractor team and the Government program office.
• Direct, manage, and administer every contract task so that program activities finish within budget and on schedule.
• Oversee performance, financial reporting, burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, security deliverables, and contract modifications including subcontractor portions.
• Ensure timely and compliant delivery of all CDRLs and keep the Contracting Officer's Representative and Government Program Manager informed on risks and issues.
