Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface with government customers.

The role focuses on translating requirements into measurable results while aligning with cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives. Ideal candidates possess a TS/SCI clearance, a master’s degree or equivalent experience, and 5+ years of supervisory experience, including interaction with AFRL/NASIC/NSIC and related agencies.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Master’s degree in engineering, science, business, management, or 16+ years equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Recent experience with AFRL, NASIC, NSIC or similar government/academic orgs.
• IT solution development and implementation experience.
• Familiarity with U.S. Government acquisition processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to customers and executives.
• Experience using project scheduling and tracking tools like Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the contract and meet cost, schedule, technical, and contractual objectives.
• Serve as primary customer interface to government stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams of program managers, engineers, analysts and SMEs.
• Develop innovative approaches to complex technical and programmatic challenges.
• Understand and support U.S. Government acquisition processes and planning.
• Establish and maintain program organizations, processes and execution strategies.
• Deliver program milestones and technical deliverables.
• Communicate program status, risks, issues and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, senior government officials and Radiance leadership.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
• Support business development, proposals and growth opportunities.
