Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, management, or a relevant technical field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in defense, test and evaluation, or mission-focused programs.
• Experience reading, interpreting, and developing responses to RFIs, sources sought, RFPs, white papers, and proposals.
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Strong communication and leadership across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead test, analysis, and program execution for Army/DoD customers.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams for test planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Manage cost, schedule, performance, risk, and contract execution across FP, CPFF, and T&M.
• Develop acquisition documents including SOWs, PWSs, and proposal artifacts.
• Support strategic growth, customer engagement, and capture activities.
• Provide executive reporting and status updates.
