Job summary

Radiant is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead government contracts from end to end, coordinating licensing, engagement with DoD and other agencies, and deployment milestones. You will work across licensing, state engagement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery of complex nuclear microreactor programs.

This onsite role at Radiant’s El Segundo HQ demands clear leadership, risk management, and strong communication with government partners.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in program or project management.
• Experience delivering complex capital equipment or large industrial systems.
• Experience supporting U.S. government programs.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and cross-functional dependencies.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive contract milestones to completion.
• Manage timely regulatory, engineering, and siting deliverables.
• Interface with contracting officers, program offices, and end users.
• Maintain integrated master schedules and cost baselines.
• Assist with contract modifications and change orders.
• Identify and resolve programmatic risks and dependencies.
• Own program financial performance and budgeting.
• Improve project management processes and reporting cadence.
• Advocate for customer needs in engineering and deployment decisions.
