Job summary

Radiant is seeking a Technical Program Manager in El Segundo to lead government contracts end-to-end, owning milestones, schedules, and cost baselines. You will coordinate licensing, state engagement, engineering, and manufacturing teams and serve as primary interface with contracting officers and program offices.

This role requires 5–7+ years in program management, U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain security clearance, and willingness to work 100% onsite at Radiant's HQ.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in program or project management.
• Experience managing programs delivering complex capital equipment.
• Experience supporting U.S. government programs; capable of obtaining clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive contract milestones to completion and maintain schedules.
• Interface with contracting officers, program offices, and users.
• Own program financial performance, budgets, and baselines.
• Stand up and refine PM processes, tools, and reporting cadence.
• Shaped engineering and deployment decisions with customer voice.
