Job summary

Radiance Technologies seeks an experienced Test and Analysis Program Manager to lead program execution within the Test and Analysis Group. The role interfaces with Group Manager, engineers, contracts, and finance to drive performance, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to brief and influence customers, executives, technical teams, and employee-owners.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to operate across multiple stakeholders in a defense-focused environment.
Experience reading, interpreting, analyzing, and developing formal responses to RFIs, sources sought, RFPs, white papers, and proposals.
Ability to manage or support technical programs involving test, analysis, systems engineering, acquisition, or program execution.
Familiarity with capture, proposal development, or business development activities.

Responsibilities

Lead test, analysis, and program execution for Army/DoD defense customers.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Support cost, schedule, performance, risk, and contract execution across various contract types.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track impacts to program objectives.
Support customer briefings, technical reviews, and executive-level reporting.
